Conditions Supported Reach Wellness was created to support the prevention and control of PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Alcohol Abuse, and Substance Abuse. We believe the services we provide assist in tackling the following diseases or conditions by: 1.PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder): Reach Wellness' services that focus on emotional and psychological well-being can be particularly beneficial for PTSD. Therapies or counselling services could provide strategies for managing symptoms, improving emotional regulation, and reprocessing traumatic memories. Activities promoting physical wellness, such as regular exercise, have been shown to reduce symptoms of PTSD by decreasing bodily stress. 2. Anxiety: All dimensions of wellness can contribute to anxiety management. Physical activities can reduce anxiety levels by decreasing stress hormones. Intellectual wellness services, like mindfulness exercises or cognitive-behavioural therapy, can help participants better understand and manage their anxious thoughts. Social wellness activities, such as group projects or retreats, can provide supportive environments for individuals to share experiences and develop coping strategies. 3. Depression: Emotional wellness services, such as individual or group therapy, can teach individuals to recognise and manage depressive thoughts. Physical wellness activities, such as regular exercise, have been shown to reduce depressive symptoms by boosting mood-enhancing neurotransmitters.
